Hi just recently got a QE43Q60BAUXXU tv. Subtitles are turned on in the settings but aren't showing on any programmes. I've checked for updates but it says it's up to date. Any ideas please. Thanks
So the subtitles usually don't play and I have to go to the Plex options on the TV and disable direct play which usually works. Under the account menu on the server I have it set to play subs when there is foreign language but it doesn't work by itself.

On the TV go to Settings, then Quick Settings and you see the option to turn on subtitles there. Page 18 on my link below. Shows you this. Any issues please let me know
